24th Annual Pediatric Infectious Diseases Update

This conference on pediatric infectious diseases will cover topics of interest to pediatricians, family physicians, and other primary care providers for children and young adults. These include updates on: congenital CMV, influenza, COVID-19, acute otitis media, eosinophilia, and post-viral syndrome.

Following the presentations, attendees should be able to:

  • Describe the newest information on influenza and COVID-19 prevention, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Discuss pros and cons of screening for congenital CMV
  • Demonstrate best practices in the evaluation and management of patients with acute otitis media
  • Evaluate patients with eosinophilia
  • Manage patients with post-viral syndrome
  • Explain recent ACIP Recommendations
