Please join us for our virtual PIDS Business Meeting on Tuesday, October 5 at 8 pm ET. Please do not think of this as just another Zoom meeting at the end of a long day. Instead, think of this as a chance to grab a drink and a snack in the comfort of your own home and connect with friends from across the country. It is also an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of friends and colleagues in a year unlike any other.
During the business meeting, the 2021 PIDS Society Awards will be presented. We will also share 2021 election results and provide an update on PIDS’ financial performance and activities. We’ll talk about some important initiatives happening within PIDS, and our future plans. I will also use this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers who work so hard to accomplish the PIDS mission and keep our Society moving forward. Finally, PIDS leadership wants your feedback about the most important issues facing you and our profession.
