- Open to all member types:
- Clinician
- Researcher
- Microbiologist
- Epidemiologist
- Pharmacist
- Nurse Practitioner
- Physician’s Associate
- Educator
- Administrator
- PIDS membership for at least 7 years post-terminal training (physicians) or at least 5 years (non-physicians)
- Demonstrable recognition as a clinician, educator, investigator, public health leader, or administrator
- Note: Tracks have been eliminated
